ok i am an avid ps and nintendo fan.i grew up with nintendo( to the point i can remember having nightmares about zelda II when i was 2), and ps has housed final fantasy as well as many other rpgs like wild arms.
i recently saw a comercial come out for a new fast pace square enix rpg.online...i am thinking 'cool,some one might of done the phantasy star thing right for once'. so i watch it.awsome game play.solid graphics.then is see a white screen and a green x-appear.
this isn the first time i was hit with such a crushing anguish.a four disk rpg came out last year (or early this year) called lost odesey....i mean i even have gaia clothes from that game!
the suposed hit blue dragon,from the animators of dbz and chrono trigger, came out on to x-box.
I think i might know the answer of why xbox. If you think about how hard is it to get a wii in america? Getting a wii now a days is a pretty hard thing to do.
AND who can really afford a ps3? I mean I get an ssi check each month for like $500 and have to use it on living expenses. Plus I get financial aid, which goes towards books and ****. SO can't really afford a ps3.
So square enix was probably thinking "HEY! I THINK LOTS OF PEOPLE HAVE XBOX'S ALREADY!!! LET'S MAKE THE NEW GAMES FOR THAT!!"
So it's kinda logic. Plus you know companies are always thinking money. and since about 60%-80% of people are more likely to have an xbox compared to a wii or ps3, they pretty much decided to go with the xbox.
But I was pretty shocked when watching th E3 feed from G4 and seen all the games coming out for xbox. And thought about the reasons.
But hey i'm not complaining lol. I bought an xbox......unfortunately before the price drop. XD
