3 years after the killings stopped and everyone lost hope in the return of kira a few shimigami's got board and started dropping they're notebooks, this is the story of the story of The Return of kira, The mystery that may be solved or The Birth of the new world
what you think? the police force will be Npc's and you can be a shinigami or a human using a notebook, no god modding when one of us dies they can make a new character and pop back into the story what you think? then when we all get board we can have somthing happen all of us die or all of us win and the new world is formed, i realy love this series!
we can probly even have someone to be N or he's a npc

a death note RP is actually harder than you think...for the orphan geniuses , they have to use outside the box logic with out meta gaming (knowing something that happened in the RP that their char wasn't there for or wouldn't know.)
not only that the story line i harder than the actual killings in kanto.the normal people are instantly going to know the signs of Kira.there is little chance that you are as smart and quick witted as light (who was the first student in the country)only six death notes can exist in the human world at one time (it is a rule...)and there would have to be careful planing of how a death note gets passed to one char to the other,not just "oh hey an odd book i think ill right in it...dear Santa Claus".the Kira file know that the weapon was a notebook of death so they will be on the look out foe such an odd book.
lol we would have to deside chars(exp.N,task-force members,candidates for kira and normal ppl) and then we pm and the people who aren't N or task-force members will deside who kira will be at 1 time(i was thinking maybe theres like 1-3 shared by a group of ppl.

task-force members.(could be npc)
kira(shared) between(only 1-2 person at a time can be kira and its switch by pm)
